My order was ready when I got there to pick it up. The sushi and the other items were well prepared. Is not always the case. I think it depends on the chef. But website is not intuitive and for every item you have to pay the new plastic tax but you get the most pieces in 1 container. I ordered 8 items and received it in 4 plastic containers. But still paid tax for 8 plastic containers. This way your are stealing from everybody that orders online. The most people will not mind because of the small amount. But if you add all of this upp you are creating extra income. Actually this is called fraud. I know that bank employees have been sent to jail for doing the same.
